Most people calling about a Biohazard job have never dealt with anything like it before. Trauma Clean Pros's Holden crews walk you through the process on the phone, then arrive ready with the right equipment for exactly what you described.
Get A Crew Dispatched See Full Scope
We built Trauma Clean Pros around one idea: Holden deserves a Biohazard company that shows up prepared, not one that improvises. Our technicians are licensed, insured, and trained specifically for bloodborne pathogen handling and biohazard waste disposal.
We keep the intake process simple on purpose: a dispatcher takes the details, and a crew is routed to Holden without unnecessary back-and-forth.
A completed Biohazard job at Trauma Clean Pros always comes with photo documentation and a written report, since Holden clients frequently need it for insurance or legal purposes.
We also carry the specific equipment Biohazard work demands — ozone generators, hydroxyl machines, and enzymatic treatments — rather than relying on general-purpose cleaning products that weren't built for biohazard conditions.
Once a bodily fluid has had time to soak into porous material, the contamination extends well past what a mop or standard cleaner can reach. That's the point where a Biohazard specialist, not a cleaning service, needs to step in. Around Holden, our dispatch line hears these situations on a weekly basis:
The longer these situations go unaddressed, the more material typically needs to be removed, since contamination doesn't stay contained to where it started.
A passing that goes undiscovered for days leaves decomposition fluid, odor, and insect activity that reaches into subfloor and wall cavities.
After release, the cleanup falls to a licensed remediation crew, not the property owner or a general contractor.
Long-term hoarding often hides mold and pest waste that surfaces only once the sorting process begins.
Sewage carries bacteria and parasites that make affected carpet, drywall, and insulation unsalvageable without full remediation.
We follow a documented decontamination checklist using EPA List N products for confirmed exposure cases.
Facility managers call us when an incident requires regulated waste handling beyond routine janitorial work.
No two Biohazard calls are identical, so our Holden team evaluates the property first, then proposes a scope. Here's the range we cover.
Each service below can be scoped on its own or combined into a single job when a property has more than one issue, such as a hoarding situation that also uncovered a sewage leak.
Enzymatic cleaners and EPA-registered disinfectants remove blood and tissue from every affected surface, including subfloor when saturation occurred.
Odor neutralization and material removal go hand in hand on a decomposition job — we handle both in the same visit.
We work through hoarded Holden properties in stages, identifying contamination and pest issues before full removal begins.
Category 3 water response means full removal of affected materials, not just drying — followed by thorough disinfection.
EPA List N disinfectants are applied across every high-touch surface following confirmed exposure to a communicable illness.
Regulated waste handling and disposal documentation are included on every commercial Biohazard job.
A dispatcher at +1-844-401-0166 takes down the specifics so the crew arrives prepared for exactly what's there.
Once scoped by phone, the nearest available crew heads to your Holden location, usually within 60 minutes.
The crew isolates the work area, removes anything that can't be salvaged, and disinfects using EPA-registered products under OSHA guidelines.
A written report and photo documentation accompany every completed Holden job.
Coverage and credentials aren't add-ons at Trauma Clean Pros — they're the baseline for every job we take in Holden.
Because we station technicians near Holden, response times hold steady even during off-hours calls.
A written price is provided before work begins, and it stays the same once the crew is on-site.
Ozone and hydroxyl generators, enzymatic cleaners, and full bloodborne pathogen PPE travel with every crew we send.

Communication stays consistent — the same technician who scoped your job stays with it through completion.
Our reporting doesn't end when the invoice is sent — we'll supply whatever additional documentation your claim or case requires.
